Head of Global Corporate Social Responsibility
Jennifer Kuperman leads global corporate social responsibility, corporate communications and citizenship for Visa Inc. In her role, she is responsible for building and implementing Visa Inc.’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, managing executive communications, and driving corporate reputation programs.
Previously, Jennifer led Stakeholder Communications at Visa USA. She was responsible for developing and directing communications programs aligned with Visa’s value proposition, corporate strategy and business objectives targeting members, merchants and employees. The Stakeholder communications function used communications to drive internal alignment and engagement of employees and the satisfaction and loyalty of members and merchants.
Jennifer joined Visa after several years in management consulting at both Stromberg Consulting, a boutique consulting firm based in New York, and Accenture. At both Stromberg and Accenture, Jennifer led large-scale programs to help companies to manage change through strategic internal communications, organizational design and development, process redesign, and project management. Her clients included Levi Strauss & Co., Visa USA, Disney, Genentech, Sun Microsystems, Applied Materials, Pfizer, and Venator Group.
Jennifer received a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlebury College.
